To protect the public from the hazard of dead trees, Darrah School Site is closed until the hazard can be mitigated.
UPDATE: (8.22.16)
As of Friday, August 19 2016, all hazard trees at the Darrah School site have been fallen. Starting Monday, August 22, clean-up and debris removal will begin through cooperative efforts involving CalFire, Mt. Bullion CDC crews and Public Works staff. Once the clean-up is complete, Public Works staff will begin working to return the BBQ/playground area to a usable state. At this time, the project is on track to enable the Kiwanis Pre-School to start on time on September 6th.
Public Works apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks you for your understanding and cooperation, as the issue is addressed.
