NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 
OF THE COUNTY OF MARIPOSA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mariposa Board of Supervisors has scheduled a public hearing on Tuesday,April 23, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Board Chambers, at 5100 Bullion Street , Mariposa, California, to consider changes to the County’s Parksand Recreation Program Fee Schedule.

Note: The public may attend the public hearing and/or comment on this matter. Testimony may be presented in person or submitted in written form prior to the hearing and made a part of the hearing record.

A document detailing justification in support for the need for these program fee increases is available to the public by contacting the Clerk of the Board’s office at (209) 966-3222.

If any person challenges an action taken on the foregoing matter(s) in court, they may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Supervisors at or prior to the public hearing.
