The vaccine is only being administered by appointments at this time. Below is the step by step process for individuals :
- Fill out the online form. If you or your loved one does NOT have access to a computer please call (209) 259-1332 for assistance.
- If you placed an email address in your form, please check your spam folder for confirmation that your form was received. If you did not place an email in the form, please note, you will NOT receive a confirmation call, but please know, once you click submit, it automatically goes to our vaccination planning team.
- Once your contact form is submitted, you are placed on a list, when the vaccine becomes available for your age group, you will receive a call to schedule your appointment.
- If you want an update on where we currently are in the age groups, please call (209) 966-1133 and listen to the whole recording for the most up-to-date details.
Please be patient as we work through each group. Our County Health Department is working weekends as well as holidays to vaccinate our community as the vaccine allocations become available to our community.

Get tested
Mariposa County has three COVID-19 Testing Sites, sponsored and funded by the State of California, Office of Emergency Services, and run by OptumServe.
The three test sites are currently located at the Mariposa Senior Center at 5246 Spriggs Ln., Mariposa, CA 95338 and open Tuesdays through Saturdays. The second site is located at the Coulterville Community Center at 5043 Broadway, Coulterville, CA 95311 and is open on Sundays. The third testing site is located in Yosemite Valley at 9034 Lost Arrow Road, Yosemite Valley, CA and open on Wednesday.
TESTING is FREE! You can get tested at this site as often as you wish. It is highly recommended that those who have contact with the public, get tested at least once every 14 days.
