In order to participate in the no out-of-pocket cost debris removal program through Mariposa County, individuals must complete and submit a Right-of-Entry (ROE) form. The ROE allows contractors hired by Mariposa County to enter and perform Phase 2 work.

To complete the ROE form, you will need to have:
A copy of the homeowner's insurance policy.
Copies of any home insurance-related policies.
A copy of any vehicle insurance policies.
Trust documents if the property impacted was in a Trust.
By signing the ROE, the homeowner is assigning the allotted amount in their insurance policy for debris removal and the amount in the vehicle insurance policy for vehicle removal to Mariposa County to cover some of the cost associated with debris removal. For those without insurance or whose insurance does not cover the full cost, the homeowner will have NO out-of-pocket costs.
